Two phone interviews and two in person interviews. The phone interviews were with HR Recruiter and they were touched on the position and what I was looking for in my next step of my career. The recruiter was very friendly, caring and passionate about being apart of the company. The Hiring Manager held the first in person interview. Our conversation was like most interviews but turned into a conversation with an old friend. They made me energized and excited about the position and was open with what they need to help grow their department. The Hiring Director held the second in person interview. They shared what skills, attitude and effort it would take to be successful in the position.
