I applied online via the schools portal. After 2-3 weeks, I got a Hackerrank Assessment Test. I got a call from my recruiter to letting me know I will move forward. Then, I had 2 rounds of technical interviews. After those, I got gifts from Paycom and attended the Tech Night virtually. My recruiter was super nice and helpful. The supervisor and manager were also nice and knowledgeable.

Applied for position at my college job fair then after got a Hackerrank assignment that was multiple choice. Then you will be emailed to set up for next round which is a technical interview (Coding) following a behavior in the third round if you make it.
