Overall a very disappointing experience. I went through 2 rounds of phone interviews, then the 3rd was a in person with the manager. It was very short and brief, but still felt like it went overall went. He talked to me as if there was following steps and to get myself ready. Days pass by and I get told by the recruiter because I lacked “ the energy they were looking for” . I’m honestly not quite sure what that means, if it’s how I looked or because I was being loud and crazy. I wish there was some honest feedback is all I’m saying. I wish I would’ve gotten a fair shake at the job and show them how great I was at the job. Instead I get judged off 10 minutes and I’m gone. Then I can’t be given a real chance. It’s just sad to be honest. To say I’d hear from them in a day, then to not hear anything either. It’s just a real lack of professionalism.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.

Interview was easy but something didn’t feel right so I declined the offer. They seemed to salesy to me, almost like trying to get me to accept on the dot.
