Do not apply for jobs at Paycom unless you like being ignored. I had four interviews with this company for the one position. Then I NEVER heard a thing from them. Not even a curtesy "we went with someone else" call or email. After a month long process which included two phone interviews, and two in person I was told they would be getting in touch soon. A week later, after not hearing anything, I called my "recruiter" who said he was on his way to a meeting and would call me back in an hour. Never heard from him again. If you are going to put someone through your entire interview process at least have the decency to not leave them hanging and let them know that you filled the position so they can move on with their life. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Highly unprofessional.
