Wonderful experience. There were three rounds of interviews, and the corporate recruiter was a great help! The first round was with a recruiter. This interview was to get a feel on if I was a good cultural fit for Paycom. The second interview was with the regional manager, and we talked a lot about work ethic and character traits related to winning. The third interview was with a sales manager. This was to make sure I'd be a good fit for her office.

The interview process started with one phone interview with a recruiter, Sa'Von Sanders, and two Zoom interviews with the Regional Sales Manager, Craig Ode. The process was seamless and much quicker than other companies I interviewed with.

Great interview process for the junior executive internship! Mainly ask behavioral questions, want to see that you are a go getter, and are hungry. Make sure that you really do your prep on the company, position, and don't forget to close at the end!

45 min long interview process first with a manager and then with the regional VP. They ask questions mainly about background, sales experience, and behavioral experiences. Conversation is light hearted but in depth.
