Entrevista
The interview process was very cumbersome. They are upfront with you about this from the start so it was not a surprise. However, in the very final step they want you to come in and make cold calls. I found this odd but in reality it is a great way for them to see if you can do the job.

The basic interview questions are expected. Strenths/weaknesses. But they mostly ask about your resume and previous work history. What sales quotas were met and stuff like that.
