I had applied online after seeing the job advertised on Indeed. A few days later I received a link to a short online assessment and available times for a 15 minute phone interview. At the end of my phone interview I was offered to continue in the process to have an in-person interview at the branch location.

The interview questions were behavioral based about various topics such as adaptability, time management, etc.
Interview process consisted of 2 interviews and one shadowing session. Interview questions were pretty standard STAR structure. I interviewed in person with one supervisor while one other was on a video call.

I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."

Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
