First round with an HR person who was very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Second round with the Head of the department: Interview lasted only 30 minutes which I believe for a competency based interview is very little (similar interviews elsewhere last at least 60 minutes & there are more than 1 people in the panel). Interview structure was ok even if I could see the interviewer had not even read my CV beforehand. Unfortunately, they did not move on with my application which is absolutely fine however they never came back to me with a constructive feedback which is very poor.
