I had a great recruiter and hiring manager interview. I was asked to provide additional availability to meet more people of the team, which is when I was then given the run around. People were traveling so I was asked to give more availability, then again the same thing happened and to provide additional availability. I was then told that they are pausing additional applicants because there were further applicants along the process but if anything changed they would contact me and continue the process. I had received a generic rejection after about a month, assuming they went with one of the candidates that was further along in the process. The role reposted a few days later. Waste of time and really bad processes for such a mature company.
