Standard process: I applied through company website. Recruiter reach out in a week. Then 30 minutes video panel with 2 managers. I was told it was the final round. No offer. Interviewers mostly asked about my previous experience, 2 behavioral questions, 2 situational questions. Unfortunately, the role description didn’t align with their current needs, so be prepared for that type of situation. I wish they do 45 minute panel or maybe hiring manager call prior to panel, that way candidate can have more information about the role and projects. I interviewed in August 2022.
