I had 2 rounds. In the first round I was made to write some java programs and was asked about TestNG and general aptitude. I did well and was moved to the round 2. Round 2 was supposed be a managerial round, but the manager was not available during the time and some other person showed up and ripped my whole interview. The feedback was I was poor in Java programming, if so why was I cleared in round 1? Really really disappointing and discouraging. As a interviewer you are supposed to make the candidate feel comfortable and cool rather than scare and create chaos. I am not sure why a company so famous is lacking this?? such a pity!!!
