      I recieved an email requesting a phone interview which I promptly agreed to. However, the day of my interview was cancelled, and I was confirmed that the person I was in contact with would again be available the following week. I wanted to reschedule, but did not recieve any response until the following week. Finally, I recieved a response, however, my interview was rescheduled by the talent specialist much later in the week. My interview has been postponed over a week at this point. I accepted this as I was genuinely interested in this role. The time of my interview arrives and I am expecting a call, but recieve no call. After 30 minutes, I emailed the talent specialist. An hour later, they informed me that they already found someone to fill the position. This is very strange as the Talent Specialist informed me that they were not available for multiple days. Now I see they sent me an automated email informing me of this, not from the Talent Specialist. I am very disappointed because the way I was treated was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt strung along for a week. The bare minimum that could've been done is to directly email me informing me I am no longer being considered. Especially after having my interview pushed back so far. I was genuinely interested in this company, but if this is the standard hiring procedure I really don't know what to say. It's shocking.
