Poor. I had a phone call with a temp recruiter who tried to bully and steam roll his points across. Used terrible low ball tactics - "What if we paid you 80k"? Right, the job calls for $160k. That should have been the end. But I gave it a shot b/c he was just a temp recruiter. They were worried that the new person would fail like the other guy did and not complete tasks. Probably he was not managed well. Security can't be a one man band.
