      Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Pax8 en feb 2025

      Entrevista

      4 rounds with 5 interviewers, done at a hectic pace. Seemed to be moving fast, and I was excited. Clearly felt tension from 2 of initial 4, but I overlooked it. (The other 2 were lovely.) The final was with a very high level person. They were mean and rude, dismissive, aggressive. I felt that the person yelled at me. I was stunned and tried to be polite. I felt traumatized afterwards. Went from a frenetic pace to absolute silence. I am relieved I did not receive an offer (and I believe because the final interviewer, for whatever reason, became inexplicably upset with me) because I would have had to take it. It appears there is some dysfunction or tension in this department. Please be careful when interviewing at this company in a non-technical, professional role. The experience left me very upset. I have asked others what they thought of what happened, including chatgpt, and they all have said red flag and that I dodged a bullet. I am deliberately not giving details out of fear of retribution or that this senior level person may contact me again to harass me.
