I found the ad on Craigslist for Paws to Pavement dog walking and sitting and emailed them answering 8 questions. I can't remember exactly what the questions were except there were the standard ones to make sure I had what the job required, like a smart phone and a car. After emailing the regional manager we set up an interview at a local coffee shop. It was very casual and I felt at ease. It was a standard interview and was easy. I mostly talked about my dog.
