The process started with application submission which required a CV, followed by a straightforward call with recruiter. This was followed by a video call competency interview with the marketing director. All straightforward and quite informal.

1st interview with talent advisor - lovely woman and the best part of the process. 2nd interview with Head of Marketing and Operations - competency based interview. At this stage I started to get put off, the interviewer could not have been less engaged and the whole thing felt quite uncomfortable. He also gave me the feeling that this would be quite a chaotic place to work and that they weren't entirely sure what they wanted from the role. Completely focussed on data and metrics, I didn't get a feel for the culture or soft skills side at all despite asking questions. This fuelled my nerves and I felt I gave a poor interview. 3rd stage - I was invited back and would have been a case study interview, however I felt that the questions asked were essentially looking for free work to be done rather than an interview and this combined with the previous interview experience meant I dropped out at this point. It's a shame as they looked promising and the recruiter was an absolute star, but there were just too many red flags.
