Lots of “red flag” questions, couldn’t believe a VP would ask these types of questions.
At the end of our interview I let him know there was no reason to move forward, I wasn’t interested.

Tell me about yourself, are you married and have kids?
How old are you? Oh, you will be the oldest in the office and we like to play around and play jokes with each other. I want to make sure your okay with that and won’t get offended?

They will hire pretty much anyone regardless of experience.
You’ll start with phone interview, then in person, then interview with a 3rd party “life coach” type guy (total quack) and then another division president. This is coming from a current employee so not someone who didn’t get the job and is upset.
They’ll lie in interview and are vary vague on responsibilities because there are no set job standards or direction. Will talk about potential to make 200k. It’ll be around 65-75 first year and then maybe top out at 90.
Ask them about training, onboarding or employee support. (There is absolutely none so just be prepared if you accept).

First they reviewed my application, then did a brief phone interview, followed by a second, longer phone interview (about 20 min) and I took a personality assessment and submitted it (which took about another 30 min). Came in for a sit-down interview with the division president and sales manager, which took about 45 min because it went well. The size of this company (approximately 60 employees) means everyone works closely together so they ensured I would be a cultural fit as well as able to perform at the position.
