After applying online, a recruiter reached out and wanted to learn more. Recruiter didn't seem interested to begin with, the call was short. I reached out to the recruiter after a couple of days and I never heard a response.

Applied online and spoke with recruiter. The call ended with plans to move forward to the hiring manager round but ended up being ghosted. The company's job posting has a section describing interview expectations which states "You can expect to hear back from our team within 7 days of application, as well as within 2 days after each interview round". This isn't even close to the actual experience. Just another company with cruel experience.
