I applied for an Executive Assistant position and was invited to an interview. I attended the scheduled interview at the agreed time, but the recruiter did not join the meeting. After waiting and attempting to follow up, I did not receive any communication or further updates regarding the interview or application status. The lack of follow-up made the experience disappointing and left the process feeling incomplete.

Simple process with like 3 interviews. They share feedback in good time too. I would recommend using them for offshore work. The process took maybe 3 weeks and I start the new job with the client in US.
