      Entrevista

      I had an initial interview with HR, which went well, and I was immediately invited to the second stage. For this stage, I was asked to prepare a case study at home and present it in person at their office. The interview itself seemed to go well. I had a pleasant discussion with the hiring manager and a team member, and I was specifically told that they would provide feedback soon, that their hiring process was fast, and that they always gave candidates an answer regardless of the outcome. They also emphasized that they were not looking for a “unicorn” and tended to hire the first candidate they genuinely liked. However, it has now been a month since the interview, I have received no response at all. This is particularly disappointing considering the time required to prepare the case study, as well as the time and money spent travelling to their office. Being rejected is part of any recruitment process, but completely ignoring a candidate after asking them to complete and present a case study is unprofessional, especially after explicitly promising feedback. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience that left a negative impression of the company’s culture and respect for candidates.
