The interview consisted of reviewing the position with the tax manager and the job requirements. Overall the manager lacked professionalism and appeared to be burned out in the attempt to fill the position. The position I interviewed for literally pays half of what the ideal candidate would receive anywhere else. The interviewer made it completely clear there has been over a half dozen people in the position and they quit or got fired. That alone speaks volumes for the company.
