I want to start off this review by saying I really didn't feel like this company was comfortable enough to accept what I have to bring, and that is diversity. First, I want to truly thank the woman that interviewed me and provided a more detailed perception about the position. Someone couldn't make it to interview his own candidate when I arrived, but I guess life happens. This process didn't really take too long, I would say about 1-2 weeks when they responded by to me for an in person interview. I worked for nothing but diverse companies in the past, and it seemed like that company was surprised to see me, which is totally fine. The lady did a fantastic job with explaining the culture, the day to day operations but couldn't really explain the job in detail, because somebody decided not to show up on my interview.
