I spoke with 5 people in the process. Their process was rushed to try to fill a position before year end. They would not offer any relocation but were in a hurry to get me on phone calls and video interviews. I spoke with two people in HR, a Regional, a VP, and the CEO. All of the calls went well. I was supposed to hear details about benefits as I found it interesting when I had applied that they listed on their website that they offered benefits. Within the 7 business days I spent talking to them, they then had said they did not have benefits, that they would have them by 2015, and then had removed that they offered benefits from their website. I had asked for more information on the company but nobody ever wanted to send any information. One person mentioned that there is nothing about them online as it was purposely designed that way. It was odd that through the interviews they could learn about me but I could not about them.
