Straightforward interview. Problematic and inconsistent communication back and forth to schedule. Met with Executive Director and Clinical Director. They were open to hiring but did not see time constraints for full-time school as able to fit initial position applied for (Service Coordinator) offered role as case manager, which was more flexible.

Was true it's cause. I felt that they did a good job of finding out if I fit their needs. They asked questions relating to the field and how I would deal with situations that I may have to deal with while working in the field
