It was a two-part interview over zoom after submitting an application, with both regional and department leadership. The questions were assessing my ability to work in a fast-paced environment, decision-making ability, experience working with clients, and previous background. After interviewing, I found out I was not chosen after three weeks or so. I think they were hiring for a number of roles and were slow to respond after the interview.

The interview process consists of 4 rounds. I made it through the 2nd but was not invited to the 3rd round which is a case study. The team seems to be looking for someone very particular. I had all the relevant experience and worked with the same software in the past. They definitely value cultural fit.
