Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PathPoint (Santa Barbara, CA) en may 2014
Entrevista
After the phone screen and went in for a one on one interview with the program coordinator. She was really great. The questions weren't super easy, but definitely answerable. I didn't really have much experience, so it was a little more difficult for me as it would for someone who has lots of experience in this field.

Tell me about a time (insert pretty much anything here). Why are you the best candidate, can you commit at least one year?

Entrevista
Very disorganized, HR manager seem very new, several calls back and forth, office I interviewed in was unattended when I arrived, several employees walked by with clients and did not acknowledge me. First interview was with department manager, they were nice. Second interview was with local VP, they seem nice but interview did not feel like i was being interviewed by an actual VP because of very casual interaction and overly friendly. Almost seemed fake happy and not quite as professional as a VP should be. Call back and screening process disorganized and was not really sure that I was going to get hired. Was looking for other jobs while waiting for screening process.
