Don't attend interviews of this company!They just waste your time. The management is worst. Here is what happened with me... My interview happened on Sep 2019 last week. The HR contact person call me on weekday, so, I have took off from work and attended the interview. 1st round was written and after there was F2F technical round, cleared this as well. Then HRvasked to wait for next round with director. I have waited for close to 1hr. After then, he told me that the director went out for some work and he forgot that he needs to take interview. It looked very unprofessional to me. How can a person in that position behave as such? He asked me to leave for the day telling that we will inform you about the next round which will on weekday, next week. He told that he will inform 2 days in advance. After 1 week, I called him.he told that please wait the director is very busy. We will definitely inform you the date. After a gap of 1 week, again I have called.he told me the same. So, I thought he is fooling me. So I left it as it is and started trying for other opportunities. After 1 month i.e Oct last week he called me and told that tomorrow is your interview. Please don't miss this because if you get selected we will release offer letter on spot. But I told him that you earlier conveyed me that the date will be communicated in advance, so what is this? He said sorry about that. I didn't have a choice so I anyhow attended interview next day. On interview day, the HR guy told me that sorry the director is very busy. Instead of director round, you will have 2 more technical rounds. I was very much disappointed by the way he is behaving. Anyhow, I have cleared both the rounds. He told me that director needs to confirm will inform you. Days passed, weeks passed, he didn't call me. Many a times I called him, but he asked to wait everytime.
