The interview was basically face to face about personal attributes, and what you could bring to the organization. The lady was responsible for harassment cases and she was the president of a non profit organization that sponsored veterans. Therefore, I was able to tell her about my experiences working with veterans and how I could help her bring funds and whatever else she may have needed to get the organization running.
