I saw the posting for the position on the company site and applied as well as contacted the HR representative who I have been in contact with for over a year. The first interview was with a creative director and a project manager. Two weeks later I made the second round and met with the VP of creative, copywriter on the project, and the original creative director. Everyone I met with was very pleasant and it was a conversationally based interview. I did not receive an offer as I didn't have enough industry experience but received a personal phone call encouraging me to keep in touch. One of the most pleasant interview experiences I've had.
