It was a one-sided video interview. Not my favorite format but understandable given how many employees they needed to train and hire in a short span of time. So I wouldn't normally agree to this format but I'm glad that I did. The system permitted you to re-record answers so it gave me the space to answer the questions fully, the way I wish I could at regular interviews
