First had a phone interview, then a follow up one in Torrance headquarters (pre-pandemic). They had me look at documents for errors, just checking my attention for detail. It's pretty important for this position.

Received a call a month after applying for a phone screening interview in which the interviewer which immediately led to a scheduled in person second interview two days afterwards. The interview consisted of some computer tests and group panel. Was not given many questions to answer or was asked the "tell me about yourself" question. There was more explanation of the position, asked for salary expectations and submitted for background check.
