Interview process is long and requires many sessions across different leaders at Partly. The process begins with a screening call, then an hour interview with the hiring manager, followed by another senior leader interview. Then there is a "Loop Interview" which is a technique invented by Amazon designed to stress test candidates. This is 3x 45 minute sessions in a row with senior leadership. The final step is an interview with the CEO. Very time consuming.
