Upon my application, I was contacted via email to set up a "informal first interview to get to know one another". The member of staff said it would take around 15-20 minutes, we ended up talking for an hour. Which I think is quite unprofessional, given the fact that I was working full time and had to take off more time that day on very short notice. The interview itself was okay, I only talked with one member of staff, and was asked standard questions, such as why do I want to work there, and what I can bring to the role, and also more specific questions to test my knowledge on project management. After the first interview the interviewer told me that they would get back to me by the end of the week, and at the very latest by January 2022. I sent a polite follow-up email in the beginning of January, and have never heard anything back. Not impressed by that kind of behaviour, especially given the fact that they promised an answer. Would not recommend.
