The recruiter was scheduling a meeting time and date without asking for availability, and making comments that she needs to interview fast as they have candidates they are interested in, so I was confused as to why she was sharing this information with me and still progressing with setting up an interview. I went through with the initial interview, and it was scheduled for 1 hour. In that hour, she did not ask me questions related to the role, and once the hour was up, she started asking me recruiter questions, so the interview ended up being 1.5 hours. It was the weirdest interview I have ever experienced, and I felt the process was very unprofessional.
