I received an email for a phone interview. The interview lasted about 1/2hr. It was a good interview, but I was too senior for the position they were trying to fill.

Phone interview, lasted about an half hour. The person I spoke to was very nice, and informative, but ended up passing on me for someone more qualified. The phone interview would have led to an in-person one otherwise.
