This was a panel interview with 5 nurses from varying disciplines. Multiple questions were asked from each nurse using primarily scenario assessment questions. There were inquiries related to my history, my experience, my education, and my goals. Each nurse described their floor duty and the requirements that were expected to fulfill each role on that particular unit. Overall, it was a very thorough review with very descriptive job offerings.
