Amazing- The same Ex-Broker who posted a negative review is trying to justify his terrible work habits again. 1.) WE DO NOT DO TELEPHONE INTERVIEWS EVER Never Have & Never will. 2.) We have ALWAYS paid for registering the Series 3 license with the NFA once the license has been granted to the applicant. & they accept the terms of building a book of client business as an associated person at Park Avenue Asset Mgt. . We also pay the Fee to get the license processed. We have NEVER not paid for their registration once they accept a position as a Commission broker with our firm. 3.) We do not Negotiate our Compensation package (which is a Commission base Package) Every person who has Ever worked here gets the EXACT same agreement. Its in Writing only & its a Legal Bidding contract. We have a copy for this Ex-Broker on file as well. In summary- Its amazing how people who are NOT SUCCESSFUL - never have the guts to say why they are not successful- (Take the blame themselves) They ALWAYS POINT THE FINGER to make their friends & family feel as if they got screwed & cheated and thats why they didn't succeed. Anyone who owns a Successful organization can attest to experiencing the same Blame game from ex-employees of theirs that didn't succeed. The Hardest part of Making a MUCH NEEDED change with YOURSELF is admitted your problem first. When you consistently tell lies in a attempt to justify your failures- You tend to believe your own lies & the continued Chain of blaming everyone else for your failures CONTINUES ON. This EX-Broker knows the truth. He clearly has a major problem. I can promise you- he will continue this same type of Behavior at the next job he attempts to work at & the next job after that & so on, etc.. Every sales organization has seen their fair share of PEOPLE like this. Its Unfortunate that it comes with the territory.

      Entrevista

Its was a Scheduled interview in the CEO's Office. He spent well over an hour explaining the details of the Job & focused on the importance of sales skills, training & making a lot of calls. He said " It might take you a few months to really get your self up & running & bering clients in. Then again0 It may happen quicker for you" Each person is different.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

Are you in a strong enough Financial Position to get involved in a career that is Commissioned Based. Are you prepared to have to work long hours & make a lot of phone calls every day while building your book of business.
