Really want to dig in and make sure you're a good fit all around. Great experience with great people. If you don't want to get your brain picked or give thoughtful answers, the interview will be difficult for you.

Very odd and unnecessarily lengthy. Took about 4 months in total to hear from them and when I finally did, I rejected. I had 4 interviews in total and would be ignored for weeks at a time when checking on my status. Right when I had given up, I'd get offered another interview. This charade went on for months! I was surprised by the level of professionalism; why would I want to be a recruiter here when their own recruiters have poor communication skills? Thanks, but no thanks. I should've read the other interviewers reviews before wasting my time.
