The first interview was a telephone interview with the program director. The second interview was the club/gym owner. Once through those interviews, the last interview is a audition with several other selected candidates. This part especially was nerve racking but at the time exciting and new. Something I had never gone through before in an interview process and enjoyed. During the audition you are tested on your physical ability, public speaking skills, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
