I had a phone screening interview with Parexel’s internal recruiter, this lasted for about 30 minutes. The recruiter seemed young and inexperienced. He was clearly just reading questions off a script and didn't really give much in the way of a response to my answers. I was easily qualified for this role and expected to at least be invited for a proper interview. Around 3 weeks after the call, I received an automated rejection email. I emailed the recruiter to ask for some feedback on why I wasn’t selected for an interview but he ghosted me. Poor and unprofessional.
