Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Parexel (Durham, NC) en abr 2008
Entrevista
Interviewed with HR and then several Medical Monitors, two who were married, clueless and hard to understand besides the scripted ramble of their credentials that made me question the integrity of the company. They never asked me questions regarding my skills or qualifications, just told me theirs. Met with another Medical monitor who I assume was brand new but at least licensed, Duke trained and inquired about my experience. Did not offer to show me the department or to meet with any of the current employess which I now regret. Misinformed me with their pro "flexibilty" yet they offer none in the safety department.

Associate Medical Director asked if I was married or had any kids that would interfere with the position.
Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It was more like a conversation. I got the offer and team was also really nice to work with. It was my first job and managers were really cooperative.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by managers. They asked about a 2 or 3 questions related to pharmacovogillence and rest about previous course. It went smooth. The only thing difficult there is to get selected for the interview
Interview process was thorough and detailed. The interview panel had 3 very experienced company members and questions were asked by each one of them. The level of questions was difficult.
