Initially, the interview schedule began when I made the application in February 2021. The HR gave me a call and we discussed briefly my preferences of location, Job description. Two weeks after that, HR scheduled the interview with the UK non-clinical team. After the first round, they again called me for a second written test round, which included the assessment of my writing skills. After the round, close to three weeks later, HR again called me to confirm my offer and also to discuss the salary figures. As I was quite a senior person, they paid me a higher band and a role of "Senior regulatory affairs associate" was given. As it is a new role established in India, I will be reporting to the "Associate Director". Overall, it was a positive experience and the salary expectations was fulfiled and was not greatly negotiated.
