written test-basic question on cdm process and regulations involved in the process,aptitude.
F2F interview -basic questions on clinical research, cdm process and how we develop clinical data base on oracle some tool based questions .
Telephonic HR interview.
The interview mostly regrading on the pervious working experience (phase, TA, what kind of tasks, the role you worked, worked in a team), language skills and other questions you want to ask them. Not quit difficult.

I was first approached by their HR personnel to have a 30 minutes interview. The interview act as a basic screening process to get to know you better, your experience and your expected salary etc.
