We sincerely apologise for the process you have had and how you feel post the day.
We’ve had a lot of good responses from the day and we encouraged feedback as we are always keen to hear how we can improve in the future. We have attempted to proactively contact all candidates to provide specific feedback on each element of the day, and gain their ideas on how we can continue to improve.
We appreciate there was some waiting around and we do endeavour to manage expectations on the day. Going forward we have listened to this feedback and have already adapted the day to reduce the waiting time.
