My recruiter was fired mid process and wasn't made aware until I reached out several times and received and automatic reply. They had finished recruiting and I wasn't given a fair shot at a second interview.

starts with a phone screening from the recruiter, very simple, just trying to see if you're a good fit basically. then, interview with hiring manager, and then i had a second interview with someone on the team at the same level as my hiring manager. all behavioral, very laid back, heard back about a week and a half after my second interview.
Very causal phone interview, then was scheduled for an interview with would-be manager two weeks later. Didn’t do second as I had accepted another offer. Overall a relatively smooth process
