Multiple interviews with various teams in the department. Everyone was very friendly, dress is informal/business-casual. Asked what I knew about the industry and if there were any good marketing campaigns that caught my eye. I was made aware of the position through employee referral so I already had that in my favor.
Phone interview for 30 min and we talked about my experience with the job description. Asked me many questions regarding my experiences with data softwares or photoshop experience and wanted to dive deep into my actual detailed experience.
