There were two rounds of interviews. One where you recorded yourself answering questions (know your favorite Paramount movie and character and why!) and then a second round in person. There was a "speed dating" portion where you met management and HR/talent acquisition and got to explain your resume to them and talk about yourself. It is very important to them that you are okay with giving tours/paying your dues before desk positions. Make that clear to them in the interview.

We did a quick interview over the phone. The interview isn't difficult, it's pretty conversational. I was very enthusiastic about the position and came with questions for my interviewer to seem extra interested. I was invited for an in-person interview but the class was cancelled due to Covid.
