Within a couple of weeks of applying online for the position, I received an email setting up a phone interview with an HR representative. The phone interview went really well and the woman was very nice and easy to talk to. A few days later, she emailed me again to schedule an interview with the Copy Operations Manager. I then met with two supervisors of the department, both of whom were very pleasant, to briefly discuss my experience and background. They asked me what kind of work I generally do, what my dream job is, etc. Next, I met with the manager of the role. She asked very straightforward interview questions about my career goals, etc. and went over the specifics of the department and the position.
I was informed that the position was not yet available, but there was a potential opening and I would be contacted by HR in a week. It has been over a month and I've still yet to hear back from the company, even after sending an email to HR.
