2 1hr interviews; first 1:1 phone screen going over resume and interest, seeing if I was the right fit at a superficial level. Second interview was a zoom call- went over resume and answered some behavioral questions, I was also able to ask more questions about the role.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
