After a contact I knew passed along my resume to HR, I was emailed about the internship program. They asked me for my updated resume and cover letter then a few days later I had a phone interview with a recruiter who mainly explained the program and asked me for my top position choices and experience. She then sent me an email of a person from my top choice and I was able to schedule an interview.
